Youth Ministry Training:
Leading youth ministry isn't easy! Volunteers burn out quickly, and often feel overloaded and alone. There is a huge void in reasonable, focused training for volunteers working with youth. Our team at Octane Ministry simultaneously trains the students and adults so they can grow in their leadership skills and then take on leadership roles within the organizations in the future.
Leadership Training:
Many adults and students have leadership qualities. They sometimes need direction recognizing, refining, and applying those qualities. Octane Ministry empowers leaders ot utilize the skills that Gopd has given them in a variety of settings.
Mission Trip Training:
As leaders embark on planning a mission trip, they often find themselves wondering where to begin, let alone how to effectively keep tabs on all of the details while fostering cross-cultural partnerships. The Octane Leadership Institute is currently developing a mission trip curriculum to take leaders through the planning and development phases, as well as, experience a successful mission themselves.
