AMY
As the director and founder, Amy Carrier is committed to making Octane Ministry as beneficial to churches as possible. Amy graduated in 2008 from Concordia Ann Arbor with a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership and Administration. She graduated in 2000 from Concordia, Seward Nebraska in Elementary Education with a minor in Spanish. She started working with youth in 2000. She has been employed by Utica Community Schools from 2003 to the present and has worked with Ben Freudenburg in the Family Life Program.

KELLY
Kelly Kamm is our graphic designer. She has just returned home from her practicum in Mexicali, Mexico, where she taught English as a Second Language and researched how to strenghten our cross-cultural partnerships. She currently attends Concordia St. Paul pursuing a Masters of Arts in Christian Outreach.

JEFF
Jeff Houghten is our technology director. He programmed and maintains the entire Octane Ministry web presence. Beyond the website, Jeff ensures that any imaginable technology is available and operational for all of our ministry needs. He also helps plan and organize events.

CINDY
Cindy Irland is our behind the scenes expert. She is a ministry coordiantor and the editor-in-cheif of our newsletter. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Alma College in 1999, with a major in English. She began working with youth in 2001 and is currently volunteering at Faith, Port Huron within their youth ministry. She is also pursuing her certification in secondary education.

BECKY
Becky Houghten is a ministry coordinator. She graduated in 2006 from Concordia, Mequon Wisconsin with a degree in Lay Ministry, with an emphasis in Youth Ministry. Becky has started work on her masters degree from Concordia Ann Arbor. Besides getting her masters from CUAA, she is also working with Ben Freudenburg in the Family Life Program.

MATT
Matt Gratopp assists with our book keeping and logistics. He brings 9 years of Mexicali experience along with a strong drive to contiunually improve the logistical organization of Octane Ministry.
